Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you allow pets on the farm?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on the farm.

Yes, you can access your original reservation and modify it to a time that works with your schedule.

Yes, we have fresh-baked donuts and hot drinks for breakfast. For lunch we have burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, French fries and mac and cheese bites on tree-cutting days.

The reservation system limits chaos and long lines and provides an orderly process to enhance your experience. You can make a reservation into December and not feel rushed to come and get a tree in November.

We have a wonderful selection of wreaths handmade here on the farm for purchase. We also can ship them as a gift.

Once you get your tree home, the best place for your tree is in a cooler part of your home, not near the heat vent. Always keep the stand full of water as the tree will keep drinking.

We welcome photographers to contact us at farmer@mooseapplechristmastreefarm.com to inquire about mini sessions on the farm. We only allow one photographer a day on the farm. The cost of using our tree farm is a $50 gift certificate purchase from the Christmas Shop for each of the photographer’s clients.

The majority of our trees are Canaan, Douglas and Norwary Spruce. We also have Concolor, White Pine, Blue Ice and Blue Spruce.

All trees cut from the field at $150.

For most varieties, it takes 6 to 10 years for the tree to grow to the desired height of a Christmas Tree.

We will be open for pre-tagging the following dates: Oct. 12-14, Oct. 19-20, Oct. 26-27, Nov. 2-3, and Nov. 9-10. For tree cutting, you must either have tagged your tree or make a reservation to cut your tree.
